We don’t ask our guides/angels for help often enough! That advice was given by my mentor/spiritual teacher, Leslie Temple-Thurston. She advised that our guides/angels are totally waiting to help us but we need to ask. So Leslie’s suggestion was to ask for EVERYTHING that you need for your spiritual journey; ask for your next step, for more insight, for more clarity, for more courage, etc. I decided to create a list of “askings” for my guides and I use them as a daily prompt to remember to ASK. I hope you enjoy them and that they are a useful reminder to ask your guides/angels for help as you grow in your spiritual journey.
